These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the ColrPick website at colrpick.com and the color tools we provide. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Use of the tools

ColrPick provides free, browser-based color utilities — a color picker, a HEX/RGB converter, and a palette generator. You're welcome to use them for personal and commercial projects alike, including generating color codes and palettes for your own websites, apps, artwork and documents. You do not need our permission to use color values produced by the tools.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, hack, or interfere with the site or its servers;
• use automated systems to scrape or overload the service in a way that degrades it for others;
• copy, rebrand, or redistribute the site itself as your own product; or
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we work hard to make our color conversions accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or perfectly suited to your particular purpose. Certain outputs — such as CMYK values intended for print — are approximations, as explained on the relevant tool pages and in our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ColrPick and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or the color values it produces. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it in professional, print, or production work.

Intellectual property

The ColrPick name, design, layout, written content, and code are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. Color values themselves (HEX codes, RGB numbers, palettes) are not owned by us and are free for you to use. You may not, however, copy the site's design or content to create a competing or duplicate site.

Third-party links and ads

The site may contain advertising and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

Changes to the service and terms

We may add, change, or remove tools and features at any time, and we may update these terms as the site evolves. When we update the terms, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
